This poultice paste consists of natural green mineral clay from France, which is rich in minerals and trace elements such as calcium, iron, potassium, silicon, aluminum, and more. It also contains herbal extracts like arnica, chamomile, and menthol, which have a relaxing and regenerating effect.

Application and Warnings
Cold application: If necessary, apply approximately 1 cm thick 1-2 times daily and allow to work, then wash off with water or brush out. Also suitable for bandaging.
Warm application: Heat the can with the lid open in hot water for 10-20 minutes. Remove water from the heat source. Proceed as with cold application.
