The Trust Snaffle Bit Leather Bar Straight 20mm 14.5 is made of leather and equipped with loose ring snaffle side pieces, i.e. rings. The mouthpiece of this bit is a straight bar. The bit has a width of 14.5 centimeters. This mouthpiece size is generally well suited for very large warmbloods.

Bit thickness

The bit is 20mm thick, measured at the thickest point in the area of the horse's lips. So it is rather a thick mouthpiece.

Comparative values: normal warmbloods 16 - 18mm, ponies rather 10 - 14mm, thoroughbreds 12 - 16mm and particularly large warmbloods, cold bloods and Shire horses rather 18mm and larger.
