The hardness of the mouthpiece material is rather hard, almost rigid. The bit has a width of 12.5 centimeters. This mouthpiece size is generally well suited for sporting thoroughbreds.

The mouthpiece has a thickness of 20 millimeters at its thickest point. This makes it a rather thick mouthpiece.
