Hoofmaker contains methionine, a sulfur-rich amino acid, and methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur-rich nutrient, in concentrated form. The structural component of the horn substance, keratin sulfate, contains a high proportion of sulfur. Therefore, it is essential to provide a large amount of this sulfur-rich nutrient for optimal horn formation and structural improvement of the hoof wall.
The vitamin biotin is also important for the formation of keratin sulfate. Each 20g sachet of Hoofmaker contains a high amount of biotin (37.5mg), ensuring an optimal proportion of this nutrient.
Calcium is an important mineral for keratin stabilization and for the strength of the hoof wall.
Zinc is an essential component of all metalloenzymes needed for protein synthesis.
Amino acids form the protein building blocks, important components of the horn substance.

Instructions for proper use:
Adult horses: 20g daily with normal feed ration
Foals and ponies: 20g every other day with normal feed ration
For optimal results, administer Hoofmaker for a period of at least 180 days.
Hoofmaker powder contains MSM and should be discontinued at least 48 hours before a competition, according to the latest ADMR rules.
