Gluco-Flex is a liquid preparation to support joint function. The cost-effective option for joints in sport horses.
The joints of sport and racehorses are exposed to increased wear and tear. This can lead to an imbalance in the breakdown and regeneration of cartilage tissue. If there is no balanced relationship between the breakdown and regeneration of cartilage tissue, it dissolves and the cartilage matrix wastes away.
Gluco-Flex provides the components necessary for a cartilage matrix. It contains Glucosamine and MSM.
Glucosamine HCL is an essential component of hyaluronate, which forms a key part of the joint fluid.
MSM is a source of bioavailable sulfur. Sulfur is necessary for the synthesis of connective tissue.
Composition (per 20ml):
Glucosamine HCL 5,000mg
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 2,000mg
Analytical constituents:
Sulfur 3.4%, Aspartic acid 0.035%, Histidine 0.025%, Phenylalanine 0.11%
Instructions for proper use:
All horses: 40ml daily for the first 7 days, then 20g daily for maintenance.
