EQUI compress uses optimal pressure and efficient compression, starting from the horse's hoof, to stimulate the vascular system and accelerate metabolism.
The Problem
Unlike humans, who have well-developed calf muscles, horses only have sinewy extensions from the hoof downwards.
The advantage: rapid acceleration in flight behavior – the disadvantage: the missing muscle pump can only transport metabolic end products back to the heart slowly. This transport occurs via the lymphatic system, which runs parallel to the circulatory system.

Close to the heart, the lymph then drains into the veins. If the lymphatic system is not fully functional, proteins, for example, cannot be transported away, and tissue hardening develops. Our sport horses are mostly kept in stalls.
The result: natural metabolism is hindered. Increased standing thus promotes diseases and leads to injuries. The horse recovers more slowly, and structures such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons are more susceptible.

Do not use EQUI compress for:

open wounds
bacterial infections
fungal infections
circulatory disorders
acute phlegmon
fever
(venous diseases and warming).

Scope of delivery: Two stockings and two compression boots for your horse's hind legs, as well as a washing and storage bag.

Care instructions: Machine washable in the included wash bag at a maximum of 30 °C. Not suitable for tumble drying. The hook-and-loop fasteners of the boots must be securely closed before washing to prevent damage to the fabric.
