First-class quince jelly with real vanilla and cinnamon
Quinces look very beautiful with their fuzz on the surface. However, processing this fruit is very time-consuming. One can literally speak of a hard shell and a soft core here. We source our quinces from Hof Tiarella in Buchholz, among other places. There, the plants are allowed to grow in their original, natural way.
The quinces are hand-picked and then pressed. Here too, the juice is pasteurized without losing vitamins or nutrients. This allows us to ensure just-in-time production and always offer the finest jelly.
In addition to pure natural quince juice, the jelly is refined with the finest vanilla and real cinnamon. The real vanilla and cinnamon are not only visible in the glass, but also taste delicious.
