In early summer, elderflowers are in full bloom. They blossom in a delicate yellow, exude the scent of summer, and attract numerous insects.
All umbels are cut by hand. We are very careful not to make radical cuts. After all, berries should still grow, and other creatures in nature should also be able to feed.
With our elderflower syrup, you can expect true nature. As additional raw materials, we use untreated lemons and sugar. Because we produce with real umbels, some cloudiness may occur. Just shake it, and you'll have a special treat!
