What's special?
The All-weather Waterproof Pro turnout rug is an extremely strong outdoor rug that protects your horse from cold and rain. The rug is very comfortable to wear thanks to the artificial rabbit fur lining.
Fabrics & materials
The Waterproof Pro has a 1680D outer fabric in a canvas look. This polyester exterior is very strong, durable and dirt-repellent. Thanks to the waterproof PU coating (ISO 10,000 mm), a dry horse is guaranteed. The 160g filling is a PES fiber filling, which is warm and breathable thanks to the multiple layers in which air can circulate. The inside of the All-weather Waterproof Pro turnout rug is lined with our signature artificial rabbit fur. This prevents chafing and acts as additional insulation as it traps and retains the horse's body heat.
Shape & size
The turnout rug is anatomically shaped and has no seam on the back to prevent leakage. Thanks to the artificial rabbit fur, the rug always returns to the correct position after rolling. It has a Velcro fastener with 2 closures at the front, 2 cross surcingles made of seat belt material and a plastic-coated bungee cord (easy to clean). A separate neck piece can be purchased for more coverage.
Care instructions
The All-weather Waterproof Pro turnout rug can be machine washed at 30 degrees. After more than five washes, we recommend a fluorocarbon treatment to maintain the water-repellency of the rug.
