While most tail protectors are usually in one piece, the Kentucky Horsewear Tail Protector with Pocket consists of two separate parts:
• Neoprene tail protector
• Tail bag made of 150D polyester
First, the tail protector is placed at the tail root and securely fastened with the three extra-wide Velcro closures. Then you can easily store the rest of the tail in the pocket, which is also secured with a Velcro strap and tied with a cord - no more annoying fumbling to attach the tail protector and losing the rest of the tail from the pocket!
And if you're just going to a dressage or show jumping lesson, you can of course also use the tail protector separately.
