The 8 mm wide nylon cord facilitates gliding through the bit rings, while the soft 18 mm wide leather reins ensure comfort. The ends are equipped with two chrome-plated brass snap hooks, ensuring secure attachment to the girth. If the girth does not have an attachment ring, the included leather girth loop with D-ring and additional protective flap allows for flexible attachment. The draw rein is used to regulate the horse's head carriage: If the horse carries its head too high, the rein exerts controlled pressure on the bit, which immediately releases when the horse yields. With a total length of 4.15 m (0.95 m rein plus 1.125 m cord) in Cob size, this draw rein is ideal for precise and gentle action while riding.
